New India Assurance Company Limited (NIACL) – Administrative Officer
The candidates have to clear Prelims (Objective – 100 marks), Mains (Objective – 200 marks & Descriptive – 30 marks) and Interview Process to be enrolled into NIACL.
Educational Qualification: Graduation & Post Graduation with at least 60% marks
Age: 21 to 30 Years
NIACL Mains Exam: It consists of Objective Tests for 200 marks & Descriptive Test for 30 marks. Mains Exam Pattern is different for Generalist and Specialist Streams as below:
Interview Process: It is conducted for the final selection of candidates to the post of Administrative Officer. The ratio of Online Exam and Interview Process is 80:20. A candidate shall be required to qualify in the Descriptive test, but the marks in the Descriptive test will not be counted towards shortlisting for an Interview or Final Selection.
National Insurance Corporation Limited (NICL) – Administrative Officer
It conducts NICL AO Exam every year to recruit eligible candidates to the post of Administrative Officer (Scale – I Cadre). The candidates have to clear Prelims, Mains, Descriptive Test and Interview Process to be enrolled into NICL.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with at least 60% marks
Age: 21 to 30 Years
NIACL Mains Exam: It consists of Objective Test for 200 marks & Descriptive Test for 30 marks as below:
Interview Process: It is conducted for final selection of candidates clearing the Mains Exam to the post of Administrative Officer.

LIC is the largest Life Insurance Company in India having 2048 Branches and 109 Divisional Offices. LIC recruitment board conducts the recruitment of Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) in 4 phases: Prelims, Mains, Personal Interview & Pre-Medical Examination.

Personal Interview: The candidates will be called for the Interview on 3:1 ratio format. Candidates should obtain the minimum qualifying marks fixed by LIC recruitment panel to clear the interview.
Pre–Medical Examination: The shortlisting candidates will be allowed for the pre-medical examination phase. They will be provisionally allocated only after found as a medically fit.
